Project Scope

Design & Engineering:

• Development of a CIP station with five 15 m³ tanks and a 40-meter access platform for safe personnel access.
• Optimization of piping routes and integration with existing systems.
• Installation of 4 valve manifolds (50+ seat valves) for precise flow control.
• Integration of 13 pumps, 4 heat exchangers, and steam/condensate skids for efficient cleaning.

Manufacturing & Supply:

• Fabrication and delivery of all equipment, including tanks, platforms, manifolds, and piping.

Installation:

• Placement of CIP tanks, platform, and valve matrix on the first floor using external and internal cranes.
• Precise equipment positioning and piping assembly to connect with existing infrastructure.

Challenges & Solutions:
