It was an intense and productive experience, with a vibrant booth and many valuable discussions that opened new collaboration opportunities for our teams at RAP Development and RAP Instal.

The edition’s theme – “Under Construction” – brought into focus the challenges and transformations currently shaping the construction industry.
Romania is visibly evolving: new projects are redefining cities, industrial areas, and the infrastructure of tomorrow. ️

“Under Construction,” the theme of the 8th DEVO edition, aimed to highlight this moment of transformation by analyzing initiatives, projects, and investments in construction through three essential perspectives: vision, investment, and development.

Vision – How do we imagine tomorrow’s Romania? What kinds of cities, infrastructure, and living and working spaces do we want to create?

Investment – Who are the key actors turning ideas into reality? What roles do public and private capital play in this process?

Development – How can we implement projects efficiently, sustainably, and aligned with today’s urban context?

As an international communication platform dedicated to major developers in the office, retail, industrial-logistics, and mixed-use sectors, DEVO follows major construction projects through these three defining stages: vision, investment, and development.
