We are proud to announce the successful completion of the TERRA Romania – Brașov Project, part of the RAP DEVELOPMENT portfolio. This project stands as an example of modern, sustainable, and energy-efficient construction, reflecting our commitment to quality and innovation at every stage of development.
The project included a 4,710 sqm service workshop, a warehouse of over 3,600 sqm, and state-of-the-art facilities. The building was designed to operate on the net-zero energy principle, through the integration of photovoltaic panels, heat pumps, and high-performance insulation solutions.
TERRA Romania Construction Equipment officially inaugurated the new headquarters in Brașov during an event that brought together over 200 guests – clients, partners, representatives of local authorities, and colleagues from the TERRA Group subsidiaries in Austria, Croatia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic – following an investment of nearly three million euros.
The construction stages were captured in a timelapse documentary, showcasing the beauty of a project that “grows like a living organism.” The sequence of images captures the transformation of a barren plot into a modern and functional building, offering the RAP DEVELOPMENT team the unparalleled satisfaction of witnessing results come to life step by step.
