Rework & Tempering Loop – Sweden (2023–2024)
A complex project delivered for a major food industry player, involving the design, execution and installation of the utility and process infrastructure required to operate one of the largest chocolate moulding lines in Europe.
Our scope included:
- 3 fully automated high-capacity horizontal melters
- Main chocolate distribution pipeline to the moulding line
- Integration of 3 tempering units and pigging systems
- 12+ closed-loop heating/cooling circuits
- Full integration into the factory’s digital monitoring system
